From sign-in to payment, a TAXII ride takes under two minutes to book.
How do I book a ride, step by step?
Sign in with your phone number and the SMS code, choose pick-up and destination, select shared or private, confirm the price shown, then wait for the driver.
- Sign in — phone number, then a one-time SMS code. No password, no email address.
- Route — search a neighbourhood, a village or a landmark; approximate spellings are understood.
- Shared or private — pay per seat, or take the whole vehicle.
- Fixed price — the amount is shown before ordering and does not change.
- Ride — a driver accepts, you see the vehicle and its arrival, then pay in cash or ride credit.
Do I need to install an app?
No. TAXII runs in your phone's browser, with no app store involved.
Does it work on a weak network?
Yes. TAXII is built for unstable coverage, and a phone-call or WhatsApp fallback is available if the connection drops.
How do I know who is picking me up?
On arrival the app shows the driver's name and the vehicle's make, model, colour and plate, and you can share them on WhatsApp before getting in.
