How do I sign up as a driver?

Three things: your phone number, your first name and your vehicle. It takes about 30 seconds, with no documents at first.

Your first two rides are trial rides. Before the third, you provide your ID, your driving licence and a photo, taken with the phone camera. Vehicle registration and insurance are requested later, never at sign-up.

What does TAXII take per ride?

The price shown to the passenger is slightly above the usual off-app fare, and that difference is TAXII's share. You keep your usual fare.

It is debited from your prepaid reserve at the end of the ride, never when you accept it — a no-show costs you nothing. The reserve is prepaid, so no debt can build up.

Rent a premium vehicle with Moov'

What happens if my car breaks down?

A genuine breakdown costs you nothing and does not hurt your reliability; the remaining trip is offered to another driver and the passenger pays the announced price only once.
